I can’t say enough good things about how Excel themselves have helped keep my house almost free from Spotted lantern flies during the summer this year and how with no questions asked they’ll send someone over with one phone call at the sign of even the first bug. We had a severe Bee issue and my husband is highly allergic . I called Excel and they promptly sent Pete to assess and treat the area. He told us if we still saw Bees in Few days to call him back . We did and he returned and retreated and dug a little deeper into the affected area . The bees are gone , our family is safe and we are very satisfied customers. I’ve been with Excell since 2019. All along I haven’t been getting the great service I got today with Juan. I’ve been robbed for years. They are supposed to fill holes with steel wool, change the rodent bate traps that’s been unused for months, give granular for plants, change the chemical for the exterior, and put ant granular in the yard. None of them did that until today Juan did. Poor scammed service. Watchout.

I’ve had the pleasure of having Excel Pest service my house for the last three years. What really stands out for me is that the technicians call in advance to let you know that they will be spraying the yard for mosquitos and ticks. I have a dog and a small child at home and it is comforting to know when the service is provided so that I will wait to take them outside. Also, whenever I had some ants in the basement (small kid, I know) Excel was quick to arrive with solutions and helpful tips to not only handle the ant situation but work to prevent it in the future. I highly recommend!
